Pumpkin Pancakes!



Day 3 of #SevenDaysOfPumpkin and we are back with these extremely easy pancakes made with pumpkin puree! I could literally make a MILLION different dishes out of pumpkin, and breakfast is even easier. The recipe is super simple, all I did was add pumpkin puree to my basic pancake recipe, check it out! Let's get straight to it!


Ingredients:

1 1/14 cup flour

1 egg

1 cup milk 

2 tsp baking powder 

1 TBS cinnamon

1 TBS Pumpkin spice 

3 TBS melted butter

1 TBS vanilla

Pinch of salt 

1/3 cup pumpkin purée 


Instructions:

1.) Mix all ingredients in one bowl 

2.) Heat and butter a griddle or pan on medium heat

3.) Spoon in about 1/3 cup of pancake batter

4.) Cook about 2-3 minutes on each side or until the outside rim of the pancakes begin to bubble

5.) Flip 

6.) Top with whatever you’d like and serve 

7.) EAT THAT SHIT ! 


Honestly, these pancakes tastes like dessert, like pumpkin pie to be exact. If only I had some whipped cream on them, sigh .. Until next time ...
