Veggie Pita Recipe!



 

Since the new year has kicked off I have been getting requests to post healthy options for those looking to turn their eating habits around. I decided on one of my healthy lunch options that help me maintain my weight. It's full of veggies only! I don't really need to tell you how to make this but I will list the ingredients below for you guys.


Ingredients:

1 whole wheat pita

olives

pickled, grilled or raw onions

shredded cabbage

avocado

tomato

pickles

bell pepper
