Hey gang! What I’ve learned as I’m figuring this whole food blogging thing out is that I don’t care to waste your time! I know y’all hate when you go to a good blog with a bomb ass recipe and there’s this deep ass story God knows what and you gotta wait until you get allll the way down the page to find the shit LMAO !! Yea, no! We are not going to do that here.
So let’s just get straight to it. VEGAN BROWNIES BITCH! INGREDIENTS: (for the brownies) 2 c AP Flour (all-purpose) 1 c cocoa powder 1 c brown sugar 1 c white sugar 1 tsp baking powder Cap full of vanilla 1 tsp salt (I used pink Himalayan) 1 c VEGAN butter OR coconut oil 1 c vegan buttermilk (nutmilk + 1TBS vinegar OR lemon juice ) 1/2 c crushed up vegan chocolate INGREDIENTS: (for the icing) 1 c powdered sugar 1 stick room temperature butter 1 cap full of vanilla A pinch of salt **If frosting is too thin add more powdered sugar, if it’s too thick add 1TBS of nutmilk** RECIPE: (for the brownies) 1.) Preheat oven to 350 2.) Butter a baking dish or spray it down with a vegan version of PAM 3.) Mix ALL ingredients in one bowl until it’s almost smooth (a few lumps are okay) 4.) Pour into baking dish 5.) Bake for about 25-30 mins OR when a fork/toothpick/whatever you use to check it comes out clean RECIPE: (for the frosting) 1.) Mix ALL ingredients together with a whisk or an electric mixer **If frosting is too thin add more powdered sugar, if it’s too thick add 1TBS of nutmilk** 2.) Pour all over the hot brownies OR wait until the brownies have cooled and then pour/spread icing all over the brownies **NOTE: You can add nuts, candy, or whatever else you’d like to add to your brownies** That’s IT!
