Waking up on a Monday like ...
I have to attribute my perfect Monday’s to the way I spend my Saturday’s, yes my Saturday’s. Preparing for the week on a Saturday’s so I can relax on Sunday’s is what gets me through the week. I learned this about myself by a host of shitty Monday’s in the past. I couldn’t figure out why I couldn’t stand when Monday got here, well it’s because I was never prepared for them and Sunday’s I just want to eat brunch and sleep. Now I prepare for the week on Saturday’s by working out, cleaning up, doing laundry, making Austin do all his chores, NAPPING, and writing everything out in my planner. It doesn’t have to to be a weekend day, pick whatever day is your least busiest and get done as much as you can, for as long you can. The point of the message is PREPARATION! Until next time,
