Quiche Recipe!


Most people don't care for baked eggs, however when you TRULY love eggs you will eat them any kind of way, boiled, whipped, scrambled, fried, baked! That's basically what a quiche is, a fancy baked egg pie that has different cheeses, veggies, and/or meats inside of it. It comes together extremely easy and you play with what you decide to put in it. This quiche I used Swiss cheese, scallions and cherry tomatoes with seasonings and heavy cream, that's it. So today, I am goin to give you the recipe to making a simple quiche. Let's get straight to it!


Ingredients:

Pie crust (store bought is fine)

6 eggs

1 1/3 cup heavy cream

Splash of milk

Lawry's seasoning salt

A few shakes of pepper

Garlic powder

Onion powder

Garlic salt

1 1/2 cups of whatever kind of cheese you wish

*Add whatever meats or veggies*


Instructions:

1.) Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

2.) Add 1/2 cup of whatever cheese you selected to the bottom of the pie crust

3.) Place pie crust in the oven until the oven hits 350 and then remove it

4.) Crack eggs into a decent size bowl, and mix with seasonings, heavy cream and the splash of milk

5.) Pour mixture into the pre-heated pie crust

6.) Add in whatever meat and/or veggies you decided to use

7.) Then use the remaining cup of cheese to cover the entire pie

8.) Bake in the oven for about 30-35 minutes or until a fork comes out clean

9.) Let cool, then slice and serve with a salad, roasted breakfast potatoes, or my personal favorite, french toast
